All You Need To Know
When is the event?
Our second annual Snow Networking event will take place on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. For those who purchased a transportation ticket, buses will leave at 6:30 AM from GraVoc at 10 Centennial Drive in Peabody, MA. Check-in and registration will begin at 8:30am and the event will end at 5:00 PM.
Where is the event?
The event will take place at Pico Mountain in Vermont. Pico Mountain Ski Resort address is 73 Alpine Drive, Mendon, VT 05701.
How much are tickets and where can I purchase them?
There are two packages available for purchase. The first is a Lift Ticket & Networking Access, which is at $50.00 per person. The second is a Lift Ticket, Networking Access & Transportation, which is at $80.00 per person.

Are Ski or Snowboard rentals included in the ticket price?
Skiing and snowboard rentals are not included in the ticket price. There will be no rental gear available at Pico Mountain. Should you need to rent gear for the event, we strongly suggest that you rent it in advance. In the case of an emergency, we will help our attendees with transportation to nearby Killington Mountain to rent equipment.
What are my transportation options for getting to and from the event?
If you’d like transportation to and from the event, we are offering a ticket package ($80) which includes round-trip transportation from GraVoc’s Headquarters in Peabody, MA to Pico Mountain in Vermont as well as your lift ticket and networking access.
Will their lodging accommodations?
The Snow Networking event is a one day event however you are more than welcome to make lodging accommodations for you and your party. To check out Pico Mountain’s lodging accommodations, visit https://www.picomountain.com/plan-your-trip/lodging-vacation-packages.
What is the schedule like?
If you have purchased a ticket with transportation, our day will begin at the GraVoc headquarters (10 Centennial Drive, Peabody, MA) where we will take a bus at 6:30 AM to Pico Mountain in Vermont. Approximate arrival time will be 9:30 AM.
For those that are traveling alone, you will check in at the registration table where you’ll get your lift ticket and other goodies. For most of the morning, you are off to explore Pico Mountain, so we encourage you to grab a chair with a stranger and network on your ride up.
After your morning turns, we’ll be hosting a private luncheon where the networking continues from 11:45 AM – 1:15 PM.
After lunch, you are welcomed to head back out and get more turns in before our Apres Ski party begins at 3:00 PM. End the day with some more networking with your new connections and enjoy a cash bar, music and more!
